Starting with the 2025|2026 season, we chose to relocalize our ski production from Tunisia to Europe and Switzerland. Our high-end skis are now handcrafted in Switzerland, in the Val de Bagnes, at the heart of the Alps. The rest of the range is produced in close collaboration with one of Europe’s most renowned ski manufacturing partners, ensuring consistent quality and performance across the entire lineup.For us, working alongside people who live and breathe the mountains is essential. This shared passion allows us to create high-performance skis built with care, precision, and a deep respect for alpine craftsmanship.

First Track represents much more than just a production site: it is the heart of our innovation and our commitment to quality. Located in Le Châble, Valais, this unique site combines ski prototyping and manufacturing, allowing our teams to bring to life models that are both high-performing and cutting-edge. We are dedicated to fostering a local approach, prioritizing production that is close to the needs of skiers and environmental concerns, while supporting exceptional Swiss craftsmanship. All of our skis produced at First Track are "Swiss Made" label, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Our work with Kästle brings together decades of expertise in ski manufacturing. By combining Kästle’s renowned craftsmanship in the Czech Republic with our commitment to innovation and quality, we are able to produce skis that meet the highest performance standards. Each ski benefits from the latest technologies and materials, while preserving a deep respect for tradition and craftsmanship. Kästle’s precision and dedication to excellence perfectly complement our approach, resulting in products that are both technically advanced and finely tuned to the needs of freeskiers.

We work very closely with our two production facilities to ensure the highest level of quality in every ski. By maintaining direct communication and collaboration between the Swiss and Czech sites, we guarantee consistency and precision across all stages of production. We use only the finest materials, including carbon fiber, wood, fiberglass, and flax fiber, to deliver exceptional performance and durability. Our carefully selected partners share our high standards, ensuring that each material is responsibly sourced and meets strict quality criteria.
