Delivery is free from 200€ of purchase on our website. Below this amount, shipping costs will be 12€.

AUSTRIA - SPAIN - ITALY
Delivery is free from 300€ of purchase on our website. Below this amount, shipping costs will be 12€.

POLAND - SWEDEN - FINLAND
Delivery is free from 300€ of purchase on our website. Below this amount, shipping costs will be 20€.

RETURNS

All orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. 

To exercise your right of return, please send an email to info@movementskis.com within this period. 

Products must then be returned within 14 days of notification to: 

• Switzerland: Movement SA, Rue du Jura 10, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland 
• EU: Ectra – For Movement France, 110 Route des Combes, 74330 Chaumontet, France 
  

Return conditions 

• Only intact, unopened, and unused products will be accepted. 
• A copy of the delivery note must be included. 
• Customers bear return shipping costs and transport risks. 
• Exceptions: Safety equipment (e.g., helmets) cannot be returned. 

If the conditions are met, the purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping and payment fees. 

Warranty & Legal Guarantee 

For warranty requests, please send an email to sav@movementskis.com with a short description of the defect and clear photos. 

• Switzerland: Warranty period usually 2 years, unless otherwise agreed. 
• EU: Legal warranty period of 2 years from delivery. 

In case of a proven defect, Movement will decide at its discretion between refund, repair, replacement, or issuing a voucher. 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors (impacts, falls, moisture), improper handling, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
