An independent ski production
The manufacture of skis involves a meticulous process to create high-performance products for freeskiing. It begins with the design phase, where engineers and ski experts collaborate to determine the ski's shape, features, and dimensions. Advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software helps refine the design to optimize performance characteristics.
Once the design is finalized, the production process moves to material selection. Skis often incorporate a combination of materials such as wood, carbon fiber, fiberglass, and metal alloys.
